About shipping and orders:

All "in stock" item’s are shipped the next business day (USPS priority mail). In most cases you will receive your order in 3-7 business days. We are good about keeping our inventory well stocked, but every now and then due to circumstances beyond our control we may be out of  a certain item. In this case it might take a few weeks for your order to arrive.

Return Policy

We stand by our products, and as such if you are unhappy with your order for any reason let us know and we'll take it back and issue you a refund.  Please examine the contents of your order upon arrival and let us know right away if you need to return something for any reason. You have 14 days from the invoice date to contact us with are return/exchange request (it is important that you contact us before shipping your product back). After 14 days no returns are possible.
 Returned items must be in re-sellable, original condition.
We'll refund the shipping and/or pay for the same shipping to replace the item only if we made a mistake (for example, if we sent you an item that differs from your invoice). If we did not do anything wrong, then we still have no problem with an exchange, or refund but we won't refund the shipping.

Why is my favorite design not available in the clothing style that I want?

Some of our designs are very complex and as such (with embroidery) require a very high stitch count. Some of our smaller garments (like our baby cap) can not handle dense stitching without puckering and or scrunching up (this is very normal for embroidery) so some designs are not available for all clothing styles. To see what clothing styles are available with certain designs check our designs selection page, and choose the design you like. The available clothing options will be displayed.
